Cauliflower 50g | Onion 20g | Garlic 10g | Young garlic 40g | Grated tomato 40g | Rice 100g | Oil 30ml | Meat stock 5-6l | Paprika 15g | Boneless ribs 200g | Thyme / rosemary 2g


Cut the onion into brunoise
Cut young garlic in Macedonian
Chop the garlic
Sauté the vegetables starting with the onion, being careful not to burn the cauliflower
Add the ribs and give them color
Add the paprika and tomato next
Add the rice and fry
Wet the rice, the amount of broth depends on the fire
Cook the rice
