Lamb meat 500g | Oil 100ml | Onion 200g | Carrot 250g | Garlic 25g | Paprika 40g | Tomato 200g | Bay leaves 2u | Aromatic herbs 10g | Brandy / white wine 125ml | Water 4l | Carrot 75g | Peas 100g | Potatoes 750g


Fry the meat + oil in a round. Reserve.
Poach the onion in the same round.
Add the carrot and poach. Add the garlic.
Paprika + tomato + dried herbs
Pour in the wine and cook until the alcohol evaporates.

Seasoning
Cook until the meat comes off the bone.
Peas + carrot soda.
Clicked potato. Cook for 20 ‘
