Creamy rice with codium

Maratelli rice 1’600kg | Oil 560ml | Garlic 8g | Paprika 6g | Squid 570g | Grated tomato 80g | Fish stock 7l | Ortiguillas 60g | Onion 500g | Codium 300g | Squid pearl 20g | Prawns 150g | Salt 64g | Swiss chard and spinach 200g


Sauté the prawns and reserve
Sauté the onion, then the squid and the nettle.
Sauté the garlic, paprika and tomato.
Sauté the rice and wet.
Before finishing cooking, add the codium and the chard and spinach smoothie
Add the prawns at the end.


The stock is enriched with the shells of the prawns used in rice.
The chard and spinach smoothie was made with two bunches of chard and one of spinach with the mixture of 500 ml of stock
