Whites 340g | 225g sugar | Cocoa powder 40g | 75g loose flour | Chocolate noodles 150g | Salt 2g


Beat the egg whites until stiff with a pinch of salt.
Incorporate the sugar in the middle of the mount.
Sift the flour + cocoa.
Incorporate with enveloping movements.
Add the noodles evenly.
Grease the mold and pour the dough.
Bake at 180ºC / 17 ‘. Click to check.
Cool on a rack.
Unmold and reserve.
